We liked reception, it was relaxing. Pretty nice bedrooms and very clean beds. The property was set in a fabulous area. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from historic gardens. Relaxed by the pool, it was clean, especially when the weather was lovely.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

I stayed 2 nights and would stay here again when visiting Spain. Everything was good - hillside location and excellent service. Absolutely fabulous view, a spacious balcony, very comfy bed, too. Location was next to parks and a harbour. Tapas bar and brilliant pool.

Unbeatable location with welcoming service and amazingly kind staff. They made my stay relaxing. Excellent restaurant for exceptional meal. The sports bar was great and the drinks were cold. Within walking distance of the ideal beach. I also had quick access to Sortija Park.

we would definitely come back when visiting puerto de la cruz. a heating system, a mini-bar and a work desk always available in the room. thanks to their manager for the help. we used free bus too.

We truly enjoyed everything about our GREAT stay here during 6 nights. We had a mini fridge bar, a safe and central heating. If you like the amazing area, then it would be a useful base for you. What's more, getting to Jardin de Orquideas de Sitio Litre on foot takes about 15 mins.

It was just 1 km from lago martianez. We enjoyed the fact that we chose trh taoro garden. Location really close to betancourt y molina bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away.
